Return & guarantee

Do you have a return or guarantee shipment? Then we would like to ask you to notify us in advance by e-mail. You can then fill in the following form and add it to the shipment. Our products have a standard warranty of 1 year, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs for warranty goods will be borne by Falko BV, if notified in advance. Shipping costs of return goods are to be borne by you.

Which products are NOT covered by the guarantee

  • Products that are defective due to improper use, water damage or incorrect assembly.
  • Locks without corresponding keys.
  • Products outside the warranty period.
     

Which products are NOT eligible for return

  • Products with private label or specially ordered for you.
  • If the products in question were purchased more than 3 months ago.
  • Products that have been assembled or removed from their packaging.
  • Products in opened or damaged packaging, pasted items or outdated/contaminated packaging.
